Valley Eldercare Senior Living
/Valley Eldercare has several locations in the Grand Forks area. Martin Mechanical has been responsible for several projects in their buildings over the years, including a complete chiller replacement, kitchen remodel, boiler replacement, Townsquare remodel and a 20,000 square foot skilled nursing addition. Recently, we worked on the Fireside Room addition which was created to be a place for residents to play games, visit and relax.

Holiday Inn Express
/Holiday Inn Express is a 4-story, 110 room oasis with an indoor pool and lounge. The mechanical system for the hotel utilized a variable air volume system for the first floor common areas, and four pipe fan coils in the guestrooms. High efficiency boilers and an air cooled chiller were coupled with this equipment to provide heating and cooling.

/Roasted Eatery is one of the newest restaurants in the Detroit Lakes area, with a wood fired pizza oven that was brought over from Italy. We designed an efficient mechanical system, that allows for comfortability whether you’re in the kitchen or sitting at the bar.
