Martin Mechanical Design was responsible for the mechanical design for the new Bank Forward location in West Fargo. The facility includes a large administrative area, meeting rooms and private offices.

Pioneer TV

Pioneer Television broadcasts local programming throughout the Midwest. This award winning project consisted of active chilled beams throughout the facility. Martin Mechanical delivered this project on the same budget which was slated for a VAV system. Overall performance and energy consumption is far superior than the prepared system.

AgCountry

AgCountry has a state-of-the-art underfloor displacement ventilation system that creates a quiet, comfortable work environment. The in-floor diffusers vary the airflow based on space needs and individual zones. This causes the heating and cooling to rise, while being hidden beneath the floor. This method is energy efficient and is aesthetically pleasing. The mechanical system utilizes a single duct VAV coupled with a boiler and chiller. An access floor system was used to house all mechanical, electrical and network systems. We worked with Icon Architectural Group on this project to produce a stunning end result.

Heritage Living Center

Heritage Living Center is a large nursing home and senior living community in Park Rapids, Minnesota. Martin Mechanical designed an updated mechanical system, including condensing boilers, a central chiller, a DDC control system and chilled beams in every resident room. The existing kitchen was given a completely new HVAC system.

This 10,000 square foot bar was built in the largest growing area in Fargo-Moorhead. The unique, modern design allows for exposed mechanical systems that showcase Martin Mechanical’s work.

Built in 2016, Blackridge Bank’s mechanical systems consist of variable speed and variable capacity furnaces with independent zone controls for maximum comfort. The retail branch bank for Blackridge exemplifies the quality and presence they want to project onto the community.

Martin Mechanical Design is the designated engineer for West Acres Mall. We have done numerous projects there; including the offices, Lux Spa, Best Buy and the Food Court.

Roasted Eatery is one of the newest restaurants in the Detroit Lakes area, with a wood fired pizza oven that was brought over from Italy. We designed an efficient mechanical system, that allows for comfortability whether you’re in the kitchen or sitting at the bar.
